Sleeplessness & Insomnia

We help adults using CBT-I. This stands for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). It is very effective and is currently the NICE recommended first-line of treatment for insomnia. Research suggests CBT-I is effective in 70-80% of people to improve time taken to fall asleep, increasing total sleep time and reducing awakenings.

Sleep problems with children

Children can face problems with their sleep, which can be distressing for both them and their parents. These issues can be diverse and have a wide range of causes and treatments. We work closely with parents at all times to understand the root cause of your childs sleep issues. We provide 1 to 1 consultations and have a 90% success rate

Specialist Sleep support and education

We work with schools and educational institutions, businesses and certain types of individuals that require more specialist sleep consultations such as performers, athletes and workers who’s occupation demands shift work, or other demands. These take the form of webinars, in person training or one to one consultations over video call.
