Tom White, sleep expert:

Tom White, aged 48, has firmly established himself as a leading authority in the world of sleep science, devoting a significant portion of his life to understanding the critical role of sleep in holistic health.

Born in the picturesque town of Bath, UK, Tom’s entry into the world of health and wellness began with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy. While practicing in the UK, he consistently noted the profound connection between the quality of sleep and the physical well-being of his patients. This observation ignited a passion in him, leading him to delve more deeply into the realm of sleep.

In 2005, embracing a fresh chapter of his life, Tom moved to Boston, USA. After enjoying his time as a physiotherapist, he decided to further his education by obtaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Sleep Medicine. This program allowed him to explore the intricate relationship between sleep patterns, muscle recovery, and physical health. Tom is also certified in cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I).

Beyond his professional pursuits, Tom cherishes his time outdoors, often finding solace and inspiration while hiking with his dogs. Tom is currently living between the UK and US to assist with family commitments.

Tom offers specialized sleep counselling to adults, parents, and businesses, helping them understand and address sleep-related challenges. Recognizing the global nature of sleep issues, Tom has made his services available worldwide, offering both in-person consultations and video link sessions.
